In a preview recently aired on E!, Kardashian revealed she and West were having sex up to "500 times a day" to increase the odds of her getting pregnant.

"I'm exhausted, and I think I'm just really making this all about the wrong things," she says in the episode. "I'm forcing it. We just need to relax and we just need to not stress over it, not plan so much and just go with the flow."

Kardashian's fertility struggles have been on the forefront of tabloids since last year, and has often been mentioned during episodes of "KUWTK," to the point of her having herself filmed resting in bed, post-coitus, and alluding to advice her doctor had given her about allowing West's sperm time to take hold.

Kardashian has been photographed recently wearing form-fitting clothing to accentuate her post-baby body, but she says she is eager to get back to wearing maternity clothes again.

She also posed naked for a photo shoot in Love Magazine last month, and again for "KUWTK" to make a record of her body in its present shape before she becomes pregnant for the second time. Her husband West posted images of her nude "KUWTK" photos on his Twitter feed with captions congratulating her on her show's Season 10 premiere and for reaching 30 million followers on Twitter.
