Kim Kardashian More Influential Than Michelle Obama, Kanye West Says
Kim Kardashian is more influential than Michelle Obama, according to Kanye West.
West, the 36-year-old rap mogul, has been making his media rounds lately where he has not shied away from speaking about his reality television star fiance and mother of his child Kardashian, 33, After West proposed to Kardashian on her birthday earlier this month, he insisted that the first lady of the United States Mrs. Obama cannot.
"No one is looking at what [Barack Obama] is wearing," West said on host Ryan Seacrest's radio show recently. "Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a [bikini] pic like what my girl Instagrammed the other day."
He went on to speak about his future wife's influence.
"There's no way Kim Kardashian shouldn't be on the cover of Vogue. She's like the most intriguing woman right now," West told Seacrest. "She's got Barbara Walters calling her like everyday. And collectively, we're the most influential with clothing."
West recently explained why he believes his reality television star fiance Kim Kardashian is famous.
"People used to be like, 'What is she talented for?' She is talented at being beautiful," West revealed on Big Boy's Neighborhood on Los Angeles' Power 106 recently. "If you go to a club and it's a bunch of beautiful girls you may say it's a bunch of talent in here."
While A-list actors appear on the stars that line the sidewalks on Hollywood Boulevard, California native Kardashian might have been shunned by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, who is in charge of those appearing on the famed sidewalk. West has even spoken out against those preventing his fiance from appearing on the monument.
"I want to give a shout out to the stars at the Walk of Fame because they said something about how they're not going to put my girl on the walk of Fame because she's a reality star. It's like people are so dated and not modern," West told late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel recently. "There is no way Kim Kardashian shouldn't have a star on the Walk of Fame. It's [a] ridiculous concept."
