The Hollywood power couple appeared to be in good spirits on Saturday as they made their way to Paris' upscale Usine Gym Center to workout and the following day Kardashian checked out one lavish property. The E! star, 33, will reportedly marry West, 36, in France on May 24 and fans are speculating whether she has finally decided on a venue.
Kardashian spent an hour scouting the grounds of Chateau Louis XIV, located 14 miles outside of Paris in Louveciennes. Staff at the property, which closely resembles a 17th century castle despite having been built six years ago, were sure to make the reality TV star feel welcome.
"Kim was so happy and enjoyed looking at all the beautiful details. She asked a few questions and seemed excited to be there. She shook hands with everyone and then left with a chauffeur," a source told E! News.
The property 4,000-square-foot palace reportedly boasts 50-foot ceilings and features 14 different kinds of rare marble from across the globe. It also has a wine cellar, swimming pools, a home theater, a nightclub, a meditation room and relaxing spa.
"[Kim] smiled and shook hands for a long time when she was leaving. She seemed very pleased," a source told People magazine.
After scouting the property Kardashian is said to have treated herself to a shopping spree with West. The fashion forward pair reportedly stopped through Givency, Balmain and Lanvin to pick up the latest in designer goods.
Last week reports claimed a French law requiring a 40-day residency before any wedding can take place was threatening their big, however, this is said to be false.
The wedding will mark Kardashian's third marriage and West's first and the pair, who share a 10-month-old daughter North, are said to be excited about exchanging "I dos."
"We're having a super, super small, intimate wedding," Kardashian told E! Producer Ryan Seacrest. "As we go along, we're realizing we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking."
