Kim Kardashian is letting fans in on a secret, the reason behind her family showcasing a fake home as their own on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
Kardashian, the 33-year-old reality television star, was questioned about the use of a fake home on Mobio INsider. Instead of shying away from the question, Kardashian was candid with her fan.
"My old home in Beverly Hills was really my home & I would get people showing up at all hours ringing my gate & had to call the police on several occasions. People hopping the gate & scaring me," she wrote on Mobio INsider. "It was so unsafe. The Hollywood star tours would stop by too, bc they recognized my home from our show. After that we realized how unsafe it is to show the exterior of our homes."

The Kardashians have decided to take a different alternative when filming the show.
"So now we use different homes for the outside for security purposes," she wrote. "When we film inside, thats obviously our real home."
Last month, Kardashian revealed why as a 33-year-old woman with a lot of money, she has decided to live with her mother and manager Kris Jenner. She was questioned about the matter on Mobio INsider last month where she opened up to fans about living with her mother while her home is being built.
"I truly didn't think our house would take this long. But now I love living here. It has everything I could ever need, and I love spending all of this time with my mom and sisters," Kardashian revealed on Mobio INsider. "I will be definitely ready to go when our house is finally done but going to miss it too. Nothing better than the whole family seeing our daughter daily!"
Another fan questioned Kardashian about the best part of living with her mother was.
"She always has good food, and I get to see my little sisters every day," she said on Mobio INsider. "I love spending so much time with them and having them see my daughter everyday."
