Kim Kardashian Should Quit Reality TV, Says Wendy Williams
Kim Kardashian needs to quit reality television, according to talk show host Wendy Williams.
Kardashian, the 32-year-old star of "Keeping Up With The Karashians" and its numerous spinoff reality television series, recently revealed that paparazzi threatened her life. The reality television star who is due to give birth to her first child with rapper Kanye West next month chastised the photographers and admitted that she needed a break from the spotlight.
However, Williams took to her daytime talk show to speak out against Kardashian's choice to remain in front of reality television cameras and expect paparazzi to leave her alone.
"I wish I could say, I feel sorry or bad, but this is the life she asked for. Look at them surrounding her like she's a gorilla in a cage," Williams said on her "Wendy Williams Show." "It's horrible, but it's what she asked for. And wait until the baby shows up!"
The talk show host suggested that Kardashian stop starring in the reality television series that made her popular.
"Just wait until you see what it's like when you become a mother. You need to get off of reality TV." Williams said. "I think a clothing line from behind the scenes would be great for her. You know a children's clothing line."
Kardashian, 32, took to Twitter to let over 17 million followers know about a potential threat against her life recently.
"I wouldn't let the paps get a pic of me today & they threatened my life & said if I continue to block shots then they will make my world dangerous to live in! How dare they threaten my life & my unborn child," Kardashian tweeted Thursday. "This has gotten way out of control."
Although Kardashian admitted that she welcomed the paparazzi in the past, the reality television star explained why her relationship with them was changing. The soon-to-be mother said she needed a break from the constant snapping of cameras that she has become accustomed to.
"I get I live a public life. I live my life on a reality show for the world to see," she tweeted. "I love my life, but when the cameras stop, that doesn't mean I don't want a break too. I'm 32 yrs old now, about to be a mom. I'm not 25 clubbing around LA anymore. There's no excuse for threats & stalking!"
