Kim Kardashian's Spanx Obssession Comes From Hate of Own Thighs
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has expressed her love for spanx, explaining that her adoration for spanx comes from her hatred of her own thighs.
With so much attention constantly surrounding the reality TV star it can be understandable why she is so image conscious. However, she insists she is a perfectionist when it comes to how she presents herself to maintain her celebrity profile: "I'm such a perfectionist that I'm not really completely happy with my body. I don't like my thighs, I wear spanx a lot, they're like the greatest invention. I like to do a little QuickTrim cleanse before bikini time and photo shoots and if I've got something coming up I don't eat as bad and I work out all the time," Kardashian has said.
However, Kardashian has insisted that she is more than just someone obsessed with appearances. In an interview on the U.K.'s "Lorraine" show she said, "Going through a divorce this last year has shown me how important family is. I'm obsessed with my nephew Mason, he is the best thing that has ever happened to our family."

She was of course referring to her farcical marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries, which after a glamorous million dollar wedding ceremony, ended after just 72 days together. The brief marriage has brought the reality star much criticism with Humphries and many others suggesting that the marriage was a sham from the start and just something to help boost Kardashian's TV ratings and media exposure.
Despite criticism, fans have continued to flock to the star and she is sure her new season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" will not disappoint. She said, "People are going to love it. There's a lot of Kourtney and Scott and their preparations for baby number two. Also we deal with the paternity controversy that keeps coming up with Khloe with people saying she's not really a Kardashian."
She added, "Also, 25 years ago my mom had an affair and that's what lead to her divorce from my dad. In this season her ex comes back and causes trouble between her and [her now husband] Bruce [Jenner]."
