'Kino's Journey: The Beautiful World' Episode 6 Spoilers: Next Journey Takes Travelling Duo to the Clouds?

Kino and her trusty motorcycle, Hermes, are going up to the clouds on the next episode of the Japanese slice-of-life anime series, "Kino's Journey: The Beautiful World."

The traveling duo is heading off to the clouds; that is, they will find themselves in a mountain country as teased in the preview for the next episode aptly titled "In the Clouds." They will be interacting with a new set of people there as well as learning about their most significant cultures and traditions.

It also seems that Kino and Hermes will once again be faced with a new conflict that they may need to resolve before being able to move on.

The previous episode saw them potentially bringing together an abandoned motorcycle and a young boy who wanted to be a traveler like Kino. The second half of the episode also brought them to the path of a couple that has chosen living a lie in order to stay together.

Indeed, Kino has met all sorts of interesting people and has also learned many important lessons along the way. Sometimes, the lessons are learned in a comforting way; other times, they are dealt by the harshest truths of life. And the mountain country that they are about to go to may not be any different.

What important truths and lessons will Kino and Hermes be learning next? How will this change, or perhaps even reaffirm the way they currently view life?

"Kino's Journey: The Beautiful World - The Animated Series" airs on Fridays at 10 p.m. JST on AT-X and late night at 12:30 a.m. JST on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11. Information on other broadcast schedules and online resources can be found on the series' official site. Episodes will also be simulcast in selected regions outside Japan via Crunchyroll.
