Kirsten Dunst and Garrett Hedlund Have Decided to Part Ways After Four Years
Multiple sources have just delivered news that may break the hearts of many fans: Kirsten Dunst and Garrett Hedlund have called it quits.
As first reported by U.S. Weekly, multiple sources have confirmed the news and though there is no confirmation yet from either of the two, fans are starting to shed tears over the sad news.
The couple started dating in 2011 and despite their first disastrous date, the two have since been getting closer by the day and moved in together in Los Angeles. They first appeared as a couple in January 2012 and their last appearance together was this year's Golden Globe Awards in January.
Four years seemed to be never enough for the sweet couple to put their differences aside as not even their big smiles during the red carpet made it through the hardships of a Hollywood romance.
Last year, Dunst talked about having similar backgrounds with Hedlund and she also talked about getting pregnant hopefully at the age of 33. The "Fargo" star will soon turn 34.
Just last month, she talked about Hedlund for InStyle U.K.'s May issue and she said, "I feel like we're good at doing our own thing but also at coming together...I see reflected in him what I see in myself a sensitivity in someone who's family-oriented."
When asked about her plans for the future in the same interview, she said, "I am someone who wants to get married." Unfortunately, she won't be married to the "Pan" star for now unless she or Hedlund comes out to clarify the news about their split.
For the last two years, fans and Hollywood experts have been expecting for an engagement to be announced soon but there has been little or no details leaked about their relationship over the past months, especially regarding fights, giving fans more reasons to grieve the split.
Dunst will be working next on "Woodshock" while Hedlund will appear in "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk."
