Kourtney, Khloe Kardashian Rent $14 Million Hamptons Home for Spinoff; Will Third Pregnancy be Filmed?

Reality TV sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian were recently spotted filming their upcoming Hamptons spinoff show and reports claim the jovial pair are renting a lavish $14 million property for the show.

On Tuesday Khloe, 29, and Kourtney, 35, made their way into 75 Main Street in Southampton for lunch where they reportedly filmed scenes for the highly anticipated E! Series "Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons." During their stay at the popular New York holiday hot spot, the ladies will reside in a luxurious Southampton Gambrel waterfront home which reportedly costs close to $70,000 a month, according to E! The 900-square foot estate boasts five bedrooms with waterfront views, six full bathrooms, one partial bathroom, an oversized den, heated pool and private dock.

The reality TV sisters will reportedly open a pop-up Dash clothing store in the popular vacation area and the spinoff will feature them temporarily relocating from Los Angeles. Kourtney and Khloe have previously starred in other spinoff shows based in New York and Miami, according to The New York Post.

Mother of two Kourtney and newly single Khloe will undoubtedly showcase the seemingly never-ending drama surrounding their chaotic lives on the show. Kourtney's longtime partner of seven years, Scott Disick, and their children Mason and Penelope are also expected to relocate to New York.

On Wednesday, a report claimed Kourtney is expecting her third child with Disick. If true, viewers will likely get to witness her pregnancy experience on the show.

"She is only a few months along," a source told Us magazine adding "It was planned. [Kourtney] wants to have a handful of kids."

The show, "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons," will reportedly air in the fall.

Last year insiders claimed Kourtney and her sister Kim's spinoff, "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami," suffered a ratings decline in season three despite enjoying a ratings high for the first two seasons.

For the first time in the history of the show, which began in 2009, ratings dropped to 1.3 million viewers last year, which is less than half of the show's peak, according to RadarOnline.com.

During the season one premiere, the show drew in an estimated 2.8 million viewers, and season two proved even more successful with a reported 3.7 million viewers tuning in.

Season three, which aired in January 2013, reportedly experienced a decline, with the March 17 episode drawing in just 1.3 million viewers.
