Kris Jenner and Kim's Divorce, 'She Falls in Love Really Hard' (VIDEO)
Kim Kardashian was asked about her fairytale romance with Kany West on Sunday following the scorn she received for her 72-day marriage that has been called out as a farce.
During the second part of a two part series on "Oprah's Next Chapter" the Kim Kardashian fairytale sequence was continued, begging the question of whether Kanye West was the reality star's true prince charming.
"I don't know why it took us so long to get together," Kim told Oprah, reflecting on her relationship with Kanye. "I think we've always had an attraction to each other ... one day it just happened. It took me by surprise."
While Kim admitted that she was "apprehensive to talk about it" she did say that West fulfilled what she was looking for in a man and denied their relationship being part of any sort of publicity stunt.
"No," Kim said, her relationship is not a game. "It's your heart you're playing with. I couldn't sacrifice my heart for a publicity stunt."
Instead Kim stated that people often formed the wrong image of her, considering her to be a party girl when she was anything but.
"I hardly drink, I go to church on Sundays. I'm so far removed from my image," the reality star told Oprah.
However despite playing it low key, Kim denied any rumors about moving in with Kanye West, adding that she was not yet ready to consider marriage.
"I'm not thinking about marriage right now," Kim said. "To have [Kanye] in my life this way, says a lot about us."
Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, also added that Kim shouldn't feel any pressure to do something that she isn't ready to do and instead advised her daughter to follow her heart.
"With Kim, she falls in love really hard. She's a hopeless romantic. And I tell all of my children, 'Follow your heart,'" Jenner, 56, told Oprah. "'Do what you feel and what you want. What you think is the right thing to do, but follow your heart. Be happy.'"
