Kristen Stewart Michael Pitt Rumors: Actress 'Sad' After Pattinson Split, Moving On
Kristen Stewart is reportedly focused on moving forward following her split from Robert Pattinson and a new report claims the actress has turned to actor Michael Pitt for support.
In May Stewart, 23, was reportedly left heartbroken when Pattinson, 27, abruptly ended their four-year on-and-off relationship for good. The "Twilight" actress reportedly met Pitt, 32, in recent days and is said to be moving on from Pattinson.
"Kristen's not over [Robert Pattinson] but she's getting there and Michael's helping her through it," a source told The Sun UK.

"She vowed to throw herself into work and be single this summer. But when she met Michael last week, they hit it off," the source explained. "They both hate the spotlight and are smart bookworm types."
Stewart is now said to be in better spirits after struggling to come to terms with her split from Pattinson.
On May 23 fans of the actress were stunned after photos appeared to show the actress looking seemingly glum and flipping the bird at paparazzi. Just days prior Pattinson, whom she first met in 2008, was photographed transporting belongings out of Stewart's Los Feliz home.
"It's been hard, I mean she lost her best friend," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "She is still sad, but is trying to make the best of the situation."
It is still unclear why exactly Pattinson and Stewart split however critics believe their relationship woes stemmed from the actress' 2012 cheating scandal. In July 2012, Stewart was photographed intimately embracing her married "Snow White and The Huntsman" film director, Rupert Sanders, and although she publicly apologized to Pattinson for the tryst, the actor ultimately had difficulty trusting her again, reports claim.
"Kristen wanted to go straight back to where they'd been before they first split up [in July 2012] and pushed Rob really hard on it," a source previously told OK! magazine.
"She wanted the whole package: the house, the wedding and even the baby. It was all way too much for Rob to handle," the source added.
