Krystle M. Campbell has been named Tuesday as the second victim in the Boston Marathon twin bombings, which has claimed three lives and injured more than 170 others.

29-year-old Campbell from Medford, Mass., was at the marathon to support her boyfriend, who was running in the annual race. Campbell had taken a position near the finish line to cheer on runners when the first bomb near her at 2:50 p.m.

Campbell's father, William A. Campbell, Jr. has expressed "shock" at the tragic loss of his daughter.

"My daughter was the most lovable girl. She helped everybody and I'm just so shocked right now. We're just devastated," he has said, according to Yahoo News. "She was a wonderful, wonderful girl. Always willing to lend a hand."

The news of Campbell's death comes following the announcement that 8-year-old Martin Richard was also one of the victim's who died in the bombings on Monday. Richard was reportedly waiting near the finish line to greet and congratulate his father who was running.

It has been reported that Martin, the youngest victim out of the three who died in the blasts, was with his mother, Denise Martin, and his six-year-old sister.

The Boston Globe has described that the young boy had stepped off the sidewalk to greet his father Bill Richard - a local community organizer - as he was approaching the end of the race, when he was hit by the blast.

The first bomb that went off at 2:50 p.m. occurred near the finish line just across the VIP section where families of the victims from the Sandy Hook School shooting were watching.

The boy's mother and sister were also seriously injured in the blast. Denise has already undergone emergency surgery for reportedly brain injuries, and Martin's younger sister has lost a leg, according to TV station WHDH.

Martin was a third-grader who lived with his family in Dorchester, Boston's largest area. Bill is a respected community leader in the Ashmont section of Dorchester.

President Obama addressed the nation during a live televised press conference at 6:10 p.m. on Monday.

"We will find out who did this; we'll find out why they did this," said the president from the White House. "Any responsible individuals, any responsible groups will feel the full weight of justice."
