Kylie and Kendall Jenner Caught Partying Underage?

Kendall and Kylie Jenner, the Kardashian siblings and reality television stars, are being accused of partying in a nightclub while underage.

TMZ is alleging that Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 16, attended Vignette lounge in West Hollywood, Calif. where patrons are supposed to be at least 21 years old. However, the management from the club told TMZ that the establishment was strict with checking identification and that the two girls in question presented the appropriate IDs.

The publication describes the club as "a new, voyeuristic, hip hop and nudity nightclub experience." A representative from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control told TMZ that an investigation might be launched if the establishment and Jenner sisters broke the law.

While TMZ insists that the Jenner girls were partying in a nightclub while underage, the manager of the establishment said he did recognize the people in question as the Jenners.
The Jenner camp has yet to speak about the accusations, but both sisters have previously admitted that living under the spotlight is not always easy.

"We appreciate everything that we have, but we don't remember what it's like to be normal kids who aren't harassed by the paparazzi. I hate that," Kendall revealed to Glamour magazine earlier this year. "We're underage girls. I don't want to be followed by random men I don't know. It can also be hard to deal with other kids who are jealous or mean. I can't post a picture on Instagram without being criticized."

Kylie seemed to agree with her sister's sentiments.

"No one really knows what we are like. People read about us on Twitter, but they don't know what we do all day long," Kylie told Glamour. "We don't really have privacy, but we have an aspect that people don't know about."
