Lady Gaga Flaunts Weight Loss Amid 'Comeback' Rumors
Lady Gaga recently debuted her substantial weight loss, less than one year after she admitted to gaining 25-pounds.
The Grammy award-winning singer, 27, was recently photographed wearing a two-piece bikini while enjoying the sun in Mexico and onlookers could not help but observe Gaga's appearance. In September 2012 the "Born This Way" singer, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, claimed she gained at least 25-pounds, according to Mail Online UK, which published the weight loss photos.
"Lady Gaga has lost so much weight, she looks healthy and happy. I'm so happy for her," one fan tweeted.
"People make it a big deal that Lady Gaga has lost weight, she didn't even have too. Her figure is perfect, k," another user wrote.
"LadyGaga was never fat but she looks even more stunning now. That bikini suits her!" another tweet read.
Gaga previously admitted that she was dieting ahead of her "Born This Way" U.S. Tour, revealing that, like most people, she too sometimes struggles with weight issues.
"I'm dieting right now, because I gained, like, 25 pounds and you know I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second," Gaga previously told radio host Elvis Duran.
"I have to be on such a strict diet constantly. It's hard because it's a quite vigorous show, so I tend to bulk up, get muscular, and I really don't like that," she continued adding "So I'm trying to find a new balance."
In February, Gaga was forced to cancel the remainder of her "Born This Way" U.S. tour due to a labral tear of her right hip, which left her unable to walk. Reports claim the singer will make her long awaited comeback during Beyonce's "Mrs. Carter" world tour, specifically when it reaches New York in the Summer. However this is yet to be confirmed.
An email was reportedly sent by concert listings website Songkick describing that Gaga had been lined up to perform with Beyonce on Aug. 3, according to a report by The Sun.
