Lamar Odom Skips Visit With Children?

Lamar Odom reportedly missed his first opportunity in some time to see his children but his daughter may be disputing those claims.

Odom, the 33-year-old NBA free agent, has made headlines in recent weeks for allegedly stepping out on his marriage and battling with a drug addiction that he allegedly only checked into a rehabilitation center for one day to treat. However, he recently refuted claims made by TMZ about an alleged addiction to crack-cocaine and Oxycontin last month.

Now, sources are telling Radar Online that the husband of reality television star Khloe Kardashian, 29, recently skipped the first visit with his children since drug headlines surfaced last summer.

"The kids had expected to see their father this weekend. They were shattered that the visit was canceled. It was to be the first time Destiny and Lamar Jr. had spent anytime with their father since the cheating and drug allegations surfaced," a source reportedly told the website. "In the past, when things were normal, Lamar would call and video chat with the kids on a very regular basis. Khloe even actually organized numerous visits for the kids to come to Los Angeles."

However, Odom's 15-year-old daughter Destiny refuted the claims when questioned about them on her ask.com account.

"Yo pops didn't catch the flight to see you," one person questioned Odom's daughter. "Yo that's messed up."

Destiny refuted the claims by responding, "That story is made up lol an inside person made it up for extra guap i guess. (SIC)"

Odom has denied the allegations of his drug use in the past. During an outing in Studio City, Calif. last month, Odom made sure to take pictures with fans before TMZ reporters questioned if he was doing ok.

"How do I look," Odom questioned before responding to the reporter who acknowledged that he looked great. "There you go."

When asked if he had a drug problem and needed professional help, the NBA forward simply responded, "nah."
