LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian 'Have Faith' in Their Marriage, Want to Expand Family
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are quite happy together, though there are things that they still want to do in their lives. The two recently opened up about the status of their marriage, their plans for an upcoming reality series, and possibly growing their family.
When asked about their upcoming VH1 reality show, Rimes said that they both had a good time and enjoyed themselves.
"I mean, look. You can expect a lot of drinking and a lot of fights and we throw a lot of [expletive] at each other and it's a debacle," Cibrian told Us Weekly.
"It's like every other reality show," Rimes added. "There's a lot of heart to it but there's also a lot of laughs. Eddie and I are very much that way in our relationship. We have a lot of humor between the two of us and give each other [expletive] a lot, so you see that. People read about us constantly, and it's so opposite of who we are. I think people really think we take ourselves seriously. It's so opposite of that but no one ever gets to see it."
"Other than the reason of us wanting to work together and be home with the kids, why not have fun and poke fun at everything that's gone on for the last five years?" she said.
The couple also assured fans that their marriage is strong despite what they might read in the tabloids or hear from Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville. That is something they hope to show everyone on their reality show.
"Honestly, it's not giving up on each other," Rimes said.
"I think that plays a really big part," Cibrian added. "You gotta have faith, and we have faith in our relationship."
Then the two joked about expanding their family, with Cibrian saying, "Oh yeah! Sure!" when asked if there were plans to have children. He already has two sons, Mason and Jake, by Glanville.
"He's the best dad already," Rimes said. "I have a little bit of experience with the kids now so I feel like I wouldn't be too crazed. It doesn't feel like a real first, first!"
