LeAnn Rimes Pregnant? Rep Denies Eddie Cibrian Baby Reports
LeAnn Rimes' rep has denied reports claiming the troubled singer is expecting her first child with actor Eddie Cibrian.
A US tabloid recently claimed that Rimes, 30, and Cibrian, 40, were "spotted visiting the OB-GYN together in the past two months." The report went on by adding that "insiders confirm they're expecting." However, publicists for the couple have denied that there is a pregnancy, according to GossipCop.com.
"LeAnn is not pregnant," Rimes' rep told GC. Cibrian's publicist added that the reports of a pregnancy are "not true."
On Wednesday, Star magazine quoted a source as saying Rimes, who has been married to Cibrian for close to two years, is "excited" about the rumored pregnancy.
"LeAnn is staying coy, but her friends say she's beyond excited to be having a baby," the source told Star before explaining that the singer has even started implementing the necessary changes to appropriately accommodate her pregnancy.
"That's why she didn't have a single margarita over Christmas and New Year's ... LeAnn has stopped bleaching her hair, and is relaxing her diet to gain weight the way a pregnant woman is supposed to," the alleged insider continued.
The pregnancy reports follow recent claims suggesting that Rimes, who was admitted to rehab in 2012, is headed for an emotional breakdown. The singer admittedly had an extramarital affair with Cibrian in 2009 while they were still married to other people and the ongoing public backlash is said to be taking a toll on her.
"Everyone around LeAnn can see how much she struggles. She has body issues and worries Eddie [Cibrian] will cheat," a source previously told Life & Style magazine. "Friends and family are constantly worried she's going to fall apart again if she doesn't get help."
Cibiran's ex-wife Brandi Glanville recently debuted her new book entitled "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders," and in it the reality TV star details how she discovered his affair with Rimes. The book is said to be causing Rimes stress.
"This is bringing out LeAnn's nagging fears about Eddie that one woman isn't enough," a source said as reported by RadarOnline.com. "Does it bother her? Of course, no woman would want to read these things about her husband."
