LeBron James: 'Charles Barkley Needs to Shut Up' About Miami Heat Teammate Dwyane Wade
LeBron James is not letting Charles Barkley's bad mouthing about his Miami Heat teammate Dwyane Wade go unanswered, telling the NBA legend to that he "needs to shut up."
Days after the NBA legend accused Wade of "losing his athletic ability," Wade scored 26 points in the Heat's 101-92 win over the Atlanta Hawks.
Asked about Wade's performance, LeBron had a clear response.

"It means Charles Barkley needs to shut up," James said. "I mean, the man [Wade] is shooting 80 percent from the floor the last couple of games. That's like, crazy, right? That's why he is who he is. Unbelievable."
Barkley's comments came after Wade only scored 13 points in a loss to the New York Knicks.
"The toughest thing when you're a great player or very athletic, when you can't jump over a building anymore, you have to learn how to play," Barkley said on his TNT soapbox.
"He's starting to lose his athletic ability. He's not the same guy. I got a look at him in person. He doesn't explode anymore, and he's shooting a lot of fade away jumpers," he added.
Going into the Hawks game, Wade averaged 19.8 points per game, a slump since his rookie season in 2003. The Heats star was shooting 48.7 percent from the floor, his lowest mark since 2000.
But during the victory game against the Hawks, Wade shot a career best, 84.6 percent from the floor.
Considering his latest performance, we should expect Wade to return to his elite status.
But don't expect Dwyane Wade to answer Barkley back in anywhere but on the court. He has declined interviews about the comments made by the former Los Angeles Lakers star.
