Lebron James is Being Studied in Harvard Class
Lebron James is now being studied at the Harvard Business School because of his marketability as a person and a ballplayer.
The class was made due to successful campaigns like "The Decision," despite its flaws and backlash, his sneaker endorsements, and various money making ability of all his products associated with his name.
The class spends around 80 minutes discussing James and his brand, and go back and forth on his best marketing strategies and decide what they feel would be successful or a complete failure.
"When Harvard Business School approached us for a case study, it was a 'wow' moment,'' said Maverick Carter, a business partner of James reported The Boston Globe.
James was more than willing to put his stamp of approval on the class and joined Lady Gaga, Maria Sharapova, the NFL, and Tom Cruise as other members of the case study and class.
The basketball star has been busy during the lockout playing basketball games of all kinds everywhere. Yesterday it was reported James filled in for a friend’s basketball team at a Cleveland JJC.
Early last month, James showed up to his former high school to play football with some of the students.
James was a star football player in high school and he still had the skills to be there, according to players on the field.
Kevin Besser, the school’s quarterback, told Fox8.com: “He caught everything, he didn’t drop a pass. I probably threw six or seven passes his way and [he] went up and got everything.”
Upon finishing his football practice, James tweeted: “Just got done practicing with the St. V Varsity football team, full pads and all…Felt great being back on the field. Should I?”
