LeBron James Latest News 2015: Cleveland Cavaliers Win Against Jazz After 'King James' late game heroics

Cleveland Cavaliers superstar forward LeBron James made the news this week, both for his in-game heroics and financial decisions.

"King James" went on to lead his team to a 118-114 victory on Tuesday night against the Utah Jazz. In a report by Cleveland.com, the Cavaliers are now 7-1, acquiring a seven-game winning streak. Five of those gams were held at home.

With the assistance of guard Mo Williams who scored 29 points form 8-of-9 field goal shooting, James went on to pile up a game-high 31 points, with the majority of which coming in the fourth and final period. The 30-year old James shot 11-of-19 from the field, and 1-of-3 from the three-point line.

Along with eight assists, seven rebounds and two steals, he also shot 8-of-12 from the free throw line in 38 minutes. Two of those free throws happened in the fourth period, scoring 17 points in the quarter alone.

Meanwhile, another newsmaker about LeBron James was regarding his latest purchase. In a report by Lauren Beale of the Los Angeles Times, James bought a 9,440-square foot mansion that was not marketed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service.

The price of the house, which was built in 2011, was said to be worth $20,986,500.

The report adds that James had already sold his Contemporary compound in Coconut Grove, Florida this summer for $13.4 million. According to another report by Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com, an anonymous source close to James claimed that the NBA star's latest financial decision was not, in any way, related to basketball.

"This is not a basketball decision," the unnamed source said. "He enjoys L.A. as a vacation spot and as a place to relax in the offseason."

"His entertainment business interests are continuing to expand, and it gives him a place to conduct business from in the offseason too," the source adds.
