'Left 4 Dead 3' Release Date: Title Rumored to Be Revealed During E3 Yet Again

Valve's much-anticipated title "Left 4 Dead 3" has been rumored to be announced during this year's E3 conference. Last year, it was also speculated that Valve would make an announcement regarding the title at E3, but that rumor did not pan out.

Now, fresh rumors are assuming the publisher will use the upcoming conference to comment on "Left 4 Dead 3's" status. E3 2016 is scheduled to be held on June 14 to 16, 2016 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, so fans will have to wait a few more months for a possible announcement.

The latest entry to the series was "Left 4 Dead 2." The title came out in 2009. This means, seven years have already passed and fans are still waiting for the title that will be the third installment in the "Left for Dead" franchise.

"Left 4 Dead 3" is reportedly going to be a prequel featuring four main characters. Only one of these characters is expected to be female, while the rest will be male. The female character is called Katherine. Meanwhile, the male characters consist of a gangster named Irvin, a Kenpo fighter named Garrett Jr., and a comic book enthusiast named Keenan.

There have also been rumors about an increase in the number of members on each team. Reports say each team could have six or even eight players. In addition, reports also claim that players will be able to go through six different campaigns, namely No Mercy, Early Destination, Impasse, Cliff-Hanger, Crashland, and Inquisitor Land. Finally, even before a release date has been announced, the grapevine claims more campaigns will be added through future "Left 4 Dead 3" DLCs.

Needless to say, fans should take these information with a grain of salt. Until Valve comments on them or confirms them, they will remain to be rumors or speculations.
