'Legends Of Tomorrow' Spoiler: Stephen Amell To Guest On '2046 Star City' Episode As Older And Goatee-Sporting Green Arrow
Stephen Amell will crossover to another CW DC show, "Legends of Tomorrow," as the Oliver Queen of the future on the show's "2046 Star City" episode this coming Feb. 25.
The said episode will feature the time-traveling band of heroes in the year 2046 after their Waverider malfunctions and brings them to the particular future time and place.
Apart from being in ruins, the city is in a state of chaos as it is run by criminals. This amazes Dominic Purcell's Rory character, though. Caity Lotz's Sarah is in great despair as the fate of her city in the future unfolds before her very eyes, much more when she discovers what has become of her old friend, Oliver Queen.

It was also reported that the episode will, likewise, feature Oliver Queen's meeting with Connor Hawke, who is his lovechild with Sandra "Moonday" Hawke and becomes the second "Green Arrow" in the comic books.
In his interview with Entertainment Weekly, "Legends of Tomorrow" executive producer Marc Guggenheim disclosed:
"Every once and a while, we do an episode where the 10-year-old me has to pinch himself… we're not only introducing our version of Connor Hawke to our universe, we're going to meet the 2046 version of Oliver Queen, and Stephen Amell is going to be reprising his role from Arrow. As an added bonus to comic-book fans, Oliver is missing his left arm and will be sporting a goatee, in a nod to the character's appearance in the seminal Dark Knight Returns. We think this episode features some of the coolest things we've ever done."
Meanwhile, there are some sources saying that the upcoming episode will be titled as "Star City 2146," and not "Star City 2046." If this is true, Screen Rant noted that the discrepancy between the episode title and the year that the team comes face-to-face with Oliver Queen again is an indication that the episode will feature several time periods. The website opined that there is a possibility for the heroes to come up with some action plan in 2046 in order to avert Star City's further deterioration in a much future time.
