Lenovo A7000 Plus launched in the Philippines, specs & details revealed
After the tremendous success of A7000 back in April, Lenovo follows it up with an updated variant. According to International Business Times, consumer electronics major Lenovo has released a new smartphone called the A7000 Plus. The said handset was first introduced in the Philippines and sold via a local e-commerce website named Lazada. It is currently priced at PHP 7,999 ($181) but its availability to other countries has not yet been announced.
Fairly priced, the handset will give buyers what they paid for. The Times of India says that the model is very similar to the Lenovo K3 Note. This means that just like the earlier model, the Lenovo A7000 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920x1080p resolutions and a pixel density of 401. Under its hood is an octa-core MediaTek (MT6752) SoC clocked at 1.7GHz. It also comes with 2GB of RAM and a storage capacity of 16GB which is expandable up to 32 GB. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and keeps the handset alive with its 3000 mAh battery. It also features dual-sim slots and connects user via 4G-LTE, Wi Fi, and A-GPS. Users will also enjoy good sound quality through its Dolby ATMOS audio system. The handset weighs 140 grams and measures 152.6x76.2x7.99mm
At its back is a 13.0MP camera with LED flash, auto-focus, f/2.0 aperture and full HD video recording capacity while the front camera boasts a 5.0MP camera with fixed focus. This is a notable difference with the predecessor smartphone which sports an 8MP rear camera while the front camera is as is.

The answer to the question on whether Lenovo A7000 Plus will be shipped out to Indian markets is still vague. But with the Lenovo K3 Note being sold out there right now, it may seem like a thin chance that it will be hitting stores in India any time soon.
