'Let There Be Light' Children's Book Review: Striking Illustrations Show God's Glory
Nobel Prize Winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu is preparing to release his latest children's book "Let There Be Light" this holiday season.
Complete with stunning illustrations by Nancy Tillman, the storybook inspires the imagination when it comes to nature and life found on Earth.
Archbishop Tutu introduces the story by explaining the words found in Scripture, "Let there be light," and what ensued after those "four marvelous words."

The feel-good book gently explains to children all the unique qualities not only in themselves, but also in the world all around them.
Wonderful scenes such as clouds, waves, and animals are defined in terms that the Bible uses on each day that God created the earth.
Accompanying the descriptions of earth's beauty in "Let There Be Light" are the colorful, captivating illustrations by Tillman, whose mission it is to convey to children, "You are loved."
"Let There Be Light" is scheduled for release on Dec. 19.
Meanwhile, Archbishop Desmond Tutu has strived to bring equality, justice and peace to his native country of South Africa, and was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984.
Before "Let There Be Light," Tutu has authored numerous other books including "Children of God Storybook Bible," "God's Dream," and "Desmond and the Very Mean Word."
