LG G4 White Gold Edition Revealed, Exclusively Available in South Korea

South Korean multinational electronics company LG is making some noise with the latest color variant of their flagship smartphone G4. According to Tech Times, the tech giant recently unveiled the G4 White Gold Edition, which is actually the 10th color variant of the device.

The LG G4 was released earlier this year and came with nine different color variants. Phone Arena detailed that the plastic versions of the device came with the color options grey, white, and gold. Meanwhile, the color options of the leather model included black, red, yellow, brown, sky blue and beige.

And now, the latest addition in the list is here and it's undeniably a classy and fresh variant. As noted in Latin Post, the White Gold Edition is mainly designed to catch the attention of the women and young costumers. It's going to be a handset clothed in sleek colors with the side edges coated with the color gold and the front and back covered in immaculate white. Upon closer look, one will find that the back is protected with a simple but polished matte casing, which is a different look from the previous G4 models.

The features and specs of the smartphone is still the same though with the first models launched back in spring. It will still come with the 5.5-inch IPS LCD screen with Quad HD, 1440 x 2560 resolution and 538 ppi pixel density. It will also be covered with the Gorilla Glass 3 for protection and carry under its hood the 64-bit hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor.

Aside from that, the device will keep intact the 3 GB of RAM with 32 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 2 TB via the microSD slot. Android Geeks noted that the G4 White Gold Edition will still feature a 16-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus, optical image stabilization, 1/2.6′ sensor size, and 4K video recording. The front panel will have an 8-megapixel camera.

The new variant will be available in South Korea for now and it will cost ₩699,600 or approximately $600. There are no details yet on when the LG G4 White Gold Edition will be made available to other countries.
