LG G Pad 2 Release Date, Specs News: Company Unveils 10.1-inch Device With Snapdragon processor
LG recently unveiled its latest Android tablet, the 10.1-inch G Pad II featuring a Snapdragon 800 processor.
South Korean tech company LG has introduced the big brother of its second generation home country-exclusive 8-inch G Pad tablet - the 10.1-inch G Pad II, which offers users beefier hardware and a businesslike design.
The G Pad II sports a 1920 x 1200 display with a 2.26 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, expandable via its microSD slot.

The tablet features a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front shooter, and offers an e-reader mode to reduce the screen's blue light output for an easier-on-the-eyes experience.
It also has a multitask feature that allows users to use two apps at once in a side-by-side format, and comes with pre-loaded Microsoft Office software that includes Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote applications for Android Tablet, as well as 100GB OneDrive storage free for two years.
The tablet features a full-sized USB port at its bottom end to support a number of accessories, and will be powered by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box.
The G Pad II runs on a 7,400mAh battery, touted to be the biggest in the tablet class, making it a longer-running and productive tablet.
Measuring 254.3mm x 161.1mm x 7.8mm and weighing 34g lighter than the G Pad, it will come in Brilliant Bronze, and will be available in North America, Europe, and Asia.
LG has yet to release the G Pad II's price point and its launch details, but the upcoming tablet is expected to be given longer exposure mileage at the 2015 Berlin IFA early next month.
Meanwhile, LG's smaller 8-inch G Pad tablet will be making its way to North America and Europe with LTE and Wi-Fi support at a later date, which is also expected to be announced at the IFA.
