Liam Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus Back Together? 'He Misses Her'
Liam Hemsworth is reportedly pushing for a reconciliation with Miley Cyrus, just two months after they called off their engagement.
The "Hunger Games" actor, 23, is believed to have initiated contact with the "Wrecking Ball" singer around her 21st birthday in November. The exes split in September after four years of dating.
"He pushed to get back in touch. He still has feelings," a source told Us magazine. "The attraction hasn't gone away."
On November 22, just one day before her milestone birthday, Cyrus was left devastated after her house was robbed of $100,000 if jewelry and designer goods. Hemsworth reportedly reached out to the singer to offer her support.
"[Miley and Liam] are talking like they did when they were together," the source said. "He's telling friends he misses her.
While the former child still loves the Australian actor, she is reportedly cautious about letting him back into her life.
"She's confused about how she feels," the source explained.
In September, just one day after the pair made their split announcement, Hemsworth was photographed kissing Mexican singer/actress Eiza Gonzalez.
Cyrus was understandably crushed after seeing the photos and Hemsworth recently took the time to deny that he and Gonzalez are serious.
"I don't have a lady at the moment," Hemsworth told Extra.
Cyrus and Hemsworth began dating after meeting on the 2008 set of "The Last Song" and the actor proposed in 2012.
They were rocked with cheating reports in February after the actor was spotted with actress January Jones, 35, however they never publicly addressed the rumors.
In August the former child star made headlines following her lewd MTV VMAs performance which reportedly added strain to her relationship with Hemsworth.
In October moving trucks were spotted outside of Cyrus' Los Angeles home fueling reports that Hemsworth had moved out in a bid to move on.
