Lindsay Lohan Has $10,000 Stolen From Purse, Fears Jail

Lindsay Lohan is said to be relieved after her purse was returned, following fears should could go back to jail when it was discovered her purse had been stolen in Hawaii.

The troubled actress, who traveled to the sunny state for a brief vacation, discovered her $5000 Chanel purse had been stolen during a party, creating panic.

According to sources, it was not just the value of the designer purse, the purse contained her passport and $10,000 cash among other valuables, according to TMZ.com.

In an audio tape released by the gossip website, Lohan loses her temper and can be heard expressing her frustration.

"I will f**king kill someone if I even have to get questioned (inaudible) jail for a year...my Dad will kill me," a frantic Lohan says in the tape.

Lohan, who is currently on probation and fulfilling court-ordered morgue duty in the U.S., has an upcoming court date that she could have missed after her passport was stolen.

According to sources, a Hawaiian local handed in Lohan's purse after claiming it was found on the street.

Although the $10,000 cash was missing, Lohan was left feeling pleased after her passport was returned. The incident is reportedly still under investigation.

The 25-year-old "Mean Girls" star bares all in Playboy's upcoming January/February 2012 issue.

It has been reported that Lohan was paid $1 million to pose nude for the magazine and, due to her alleged financial worries, she accepted.

After pictures from Lohan's Playboy shoot leaked online, Playboy officials decided to release the issue earlier than expected.

Hugh Hefner, who was allegedly furious after the leak, took to Twitter to communicate with his followers.

"Because of the interest and the Internet leak, we're releasing the Lindsay Lohan issue early. Lindsay Lohan was the top search name on the internet yesterday. Hot Hot Hot," he wrote.

Lohan is expected to appear in an Los Angeles court on Wednesday.
