Lindsay Lohan Stalker Arrested (VIDEO)

Lonnie Short has been arrested for trespassing at the home of actress Lindsay Lohan, who is working hard to finish her probation.

Police were called to Lohan’s residence on Sunday after Short knocked on her front door and refused to leave. They are currently holding him on $1,000 bail. This is not the first time that Lohan has dealt with a suspicious man.

In May 2011, Lohan was granted a restraining order against David Cocordan, who the star claimed was stalking her. She told the court that Cocordan had showed up at her residence a number of times and sent her several text messages, including one that Lohan feared could lead to an assault.

Lohan spent New Year’s Eve at home instead of going out, according to her manager. She is currently trying to finish her probation and received praise and encouragement from Judge Stephanie Sautner. “You’re doing well, and I’d like to see it continue,” said Sautner last month.

Lohan is meeting the requirements outlined by Sautner: 53 days of community service at a Los Angeles county morgue and 18 therapy sessions. There were rumors that Lohan would be partying in Dubai during the holiday, but her rep flatly denied any such statements.

Rep Steve Honig told TMZ, “Lindsay is not going to Dubai, nor had she ever considered doing so. She will be spending New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family.”

Lohan is due back in court this month as part of her regular check-ins with Judge Sautner.
