Huawei Nexus Phablet Specs News: Live Images of Alleged Features Leaked
An actual image of what may be the upcoming Huawei Nexus phablet have been leaked online featuring a prominent rear camera hump.
Just days after leaked renders of what is assumed to be Huawei's Nexus phablet made its rounds online, new images have surfaced of the alleged actual device.
While the source of the images have yet to be verified as genuine, they appeared on the Google Plus account of user Tiesen Fu, who claims they were passed on to him from a friend.

Based on the photos, the Huawei Nexus phablet will have a metal outer shell that may be removable from its frame, instead of having an all-metal unibody. The rear view shows a fingerprint reader, similar to the one depicted in leaked photos of the LG Nexus 5 (2015) that emerged last week.
While the phablet appears to be extremely thin at 159.4mm x 78.3mm x 6.6/8.5mm, the topmost part of its rear view reveals a protruding oval strip featuring the handset's camera.
The front view presents a small selfie shooter and a pair of speakers. There is also a metal rim outlining the edges of the soon-to-be-announced Huawei Nexus phablet.
The Google-marketed device is expected to have a 5.7-inch Quad HD display over a Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 21MP main camera at the rear, and a USB Type C port supported by a 3,500mAh battery and wireless charging. The phablet is also expected to run the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
It is speculated Google may launch the Huawei Nexus phablet together with the smaller-sized LG Nexus 5 (2015) later in the year, and while traditionally Google holds its unveiling events in October, it may opt to push the schedule up earlier, perhaps during the 2015 IFA in Berlin early next month for an October or November release.
