'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' Season 6 Episode 1 Recap, Episode 2 Spoilers: Stevie, Joseline Face Off About Their Baby's Paternity
"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" returned with a bang upon the airing of its sixth season's premiere episode on Monday, March 6.
In the first episode of this season's "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta," titled "Who's Your Daddy?," viewers are bombarded with chaos, paternity issues, relationship drama and stunning revelations. Six months pregnant with her baby girl, Joseline spent time preparing to be a first-time mother. Meanwhile, Stevie expressed his doubts over whether he is really the father of Joseline's child.
"Joseline and I were broken up when she popped up pregnant. Now she is playing games, but I don't believe that I am the father," Stevie said during the premiere episode of the show's sixth season.
To settle the issue once and for all, Joseline decided to serve Stevie with court papers so that he would have no choice but to take a paternity test and finally verify that he is truly the father of her baby.
"Maybe this will get your attention, Stevie. Ignore me all you want to, but not your baby," Joseline said, referring to her plan to involve the courts and compel Stevie to pay for child support.
During the night of Joseline's masquerade release party, Karlie dropped by the event only to find Joc talking to another girl named Jasmine. Jasmine reveals that she is carrying the baby of Kirk, Rasheeda's husband. The revelation upsets Rasheeda, but she decided to stand by her husband until she gets to the bottom of the scandal.
The drama and conflict continues in the next episode of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta." The synopsis of the sixth season's second episode reads:
"The Frosts, Jasmine and her boyfriend Rod deal with the consequences of Jasmine's bomb drop. Joseline and Stevie sit face to face for the first time in months and Joseline leaves the meeting with shocking news for her friend Melissa. Momma Dee and Ernest deal with marital issues. Tommie's out of jail, and meeting up with her real mom Samantha, and her surrogate mom, KK. Stevie gets a visit from a surprise guest."
"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" season 6 episode 2, titled "Family Matters," airs on Monday, March 13, at 8 p.m. EST on VH1. A promo video clip for the forthcoming episode has also been released.
