Madonna's halftime show was the center of attention for many, including the celebrities who sang her praises after Sunday night's performance.
The singer ran through a medley of songs, which included old and future hits like "Vogue," "Music," and "Give Me All Your Luvin."
Nicki Minaj was one of a few celebrity friends that joined Madonna on stage during the show. Days before the world watched the performance, Minaj told her over nine million Twitter followers that Madonna's show was surreal.
"Madonna's show is about to murder everything moving," Minaj tweeted. "Wow. Such a surreal moment."
Once the 12-minute performance aired, various celebrities took to Twitter to support the 53-year-old.
Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian empire, called the performance nothing short of perfection.
"Madonna was amazing," Jenner tweeted. "Perfection"
Comedian and host, Drew Carey, called the performance the best he has seen at the Super Bowl.
"Best half-time show ever," Carey tweeted. "Wow. #Madonna #SuperBowl"
Although numerous entertainers expressed their excitement about the Madonna performance, some were more critical of the aging pop star. CNN host, Piers Morgan, was vocal about disliking the performance on Twitter.
"Somebody. Stop. Her. My toes are actually curling," he tweeted. "If someone did this on America's Got Talent, they'd be laughed (and buzzed) off stage. Truly diabolical."
Still, many more celebrities weighed in on the topic with a large amount of support for Madonna. According to singer Cheryl Crow, Madonna's efforts were mind blowing.
"Wow," Crow tweeted. "Madonna's production on the Superbowl !!! Mind blowing!"
