Madonna Tour Demands Bizarre, 200-Person Crew Includes On-Site Dry Cleaner
Madonna doesn't like to travel light according to the latest report, which has revealed that the pop star has an entourage of over 200.
With over 300 million records sold, Madonna is considered to be one of the most powerful women over the past century, and according to one magazine she is well aware. As one of the best-selling female artists, Madonna can be quite demanding when it comes to her recent MDNA tour.
With an entourage of over 200 according to InTouch magazine, the pop star has someone for everything. Her own personal army includes 30 body guards, personal chefs, a yoga instructor, an acupuncturist and an on-site dry cleaner.
An insider also elaborated to the magazine and revealed that Madonna was also very particular about her dressing room. According to the insider, "when Madonna's performing, she expects her dressing room to come equipped with 20 international phone lines, be draped in a special fabric and filled with lilies and white and light-pink roses that have stems trimmed to precisely six inches."
The 53-year-old diva pop-queen also opted to use her current love flame as a makeshift ride as she strode around town on her 24-year-old boyfriend's back in Italy, according to Mail Online.
Even on stage, however, Madonna's concert etiquette has raised some questions. Last week the star was charged twice with exposing herself on stage. The first time, Madonna revealed her right breast while performing in Istanbul. The star again exposed herself only days later, pulling her pants down to show off her thong in Rome.
Yet another insider revealed to InTouch, that Madonna even expects her hotel room to feel like home.
"She requires all furniture be removed from the rooms and replaced with her own pieces that she has shipped in," the insider told In Touch.
