Man Climbs Christ the Redeemer Statue - See the Jaw-Dropping Selfie and Video (VIDEO)
Lee Thompson was in Rio do Janeiro to photograph preparations for the World Cup when he wanted to take a selfie with the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue. However, he wasn't content with the typical shot with Jesus in the background. Thompson, founder of British travel group The Flash Pack, was able to get permission to climb to the top of the 130-foot statue with the help of some workmen.
