"Citizens really do break the mold, bringing a West Coast indie feel to a debut that keeps the focus solidly on God without sacrificing artistic integrity. A strong debut that holds a lot of promise for days to come," said Worship Leader about the album.

CITIZENS recently led worship at the 2013 Resurgence Conference, which was hosted at the churches' five locations, Seattle, WA, Bellevue, WA, Reno, NV, Orlando, FL, Albuquerque, NM, as well as online.

Pastors Greg Laurie, Rick Warren, Judah Smith, Mark Driscoll and others spoke at the conference that had almost 2,000 leaders in ministry attend as well as over 20,000 online viewers.

CITIZENS is known for their unique blend of high-energy indie rock worship that came out of Seattle's University District.

Mars Hill Music is made up of a variety of musicians and worship leaders who serve throughout the various Mars Hill locations that began in 1996. Each Mars Hill band has a special way of connecting their audience with God, and display their form of worship in a unique form.
