'Marvel Avengers Academy' Release Date & Update: Trailer of Mobile Game Released

Mobile game developer TinyCo has teamed up with Marvel to create a game that will bring the "Avengers" heroes to a whole new world—the campus. According to Comic Book, the mobile game app titled "Marvel Avengers Academy," is a new adventure simulation game developed for iOs and Android devices.

It will not focus on heroes fighting against evil but on building a superhero school that is capable of teaching and guiding Earth's Mightiest Heroes from adolescence to adulthood. Marvel Entertainment just recently announced its release date will be in early 2016, as noted by Press Examiner.

And to stir up excitement among fans, the entertainment company also released a teaser trailer giving fans a glimpse of what to expect in the game. It showed some funny hidden elements like a poster on the wall advertising about studying abroad particularly in Asgard, the place of origin of Thor, who was also featured at the end of the video gently hammering a poster about voting Captain America for class president.

As detailed by Venture Beat, "Marvel Avengers Academy" will allow gamers to play as a younger version of their favorite "Avengers" characters. They will need to build and manage the special school for superheroes and make sure that the classrooms, training facilities, dorms, sports stadium and labs are up to date.

Aside from that, they will need to guide their chosen character on different campus stuff such as going on a date, playing sports, confronting groups, taking trips to Stark Tower and a lot more. They will also need to look after their character's social development and make certain that they are learning something especially about developing new superpowers.

Marvel Games Creative Director Bill Rosemann mentioned that the game will have a twist and it involves unlocking a mystery that is found on the campus. Whatever it will be, fans will have to stay tuned to find out.
