'Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite' Roster List: 4 More DLC Characters Announced, an Extra Also Leaked

"Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" has officially landed, boasting quite a beefy launch roster that consists of 30 characters. But it is only about to get bigger and better from here.

Capcom has revealed to GameSpot that there will be four more characters from the Marvel realm that will be added in the game this year apart from the first two they initially announced — Black Panther and Mega Man villain Sigma.

First on the list is a female Monster Hunter, who was already part of the action in the story mode of "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite."

The second downloadable content (DLC) character coming to the game is Black Widow, making her the final member of the Avengers as it currently is in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) to join the roster. Her inclusion will also mark the femme fatale's debut in the video game series.

Speaking of the MCU, fan-favorite Bucky Barnes better known as the Winter Soldier will also be part of the action as a DLC character for "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite."

Capping off the list is Spider-Man staple Venom, whom fans saw last in "Marvel vs. Capcom 2." It is unclear if there will be changes from the previous version to the upcoming one, but fans of the shape-shifting Spidey doppelganger are just happy that the character is getting some love again.

Apart from these four, a lot more characters are expected to be part of "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" in the future. Rumor has it that Ant-Man will not miss out on the fun.

According to VG247, an early leak featured the character as part of the launch roster. Obviously, he did not make the cut in the game's final version, but it is believed that he will find his way to the fighting game as a DLC character.

"Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" is now available on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
