'Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite' Rumors and Spoilers: Appearance of Game's Final Boss May Already Be Known

Players may be going up against a different version of main antagonist Ultron Sigma

Ultron Sigma is the big baddie specifically made to star opposite players in "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite," and while fans may already have an idea of what they are in for, some new things floating around online may clear things up further for them.

Developers have crafted an entire storyline about the rise of the villainous Ultron Sigma, so it should probably come as no surprise that they have apparently cooked up something special for the players' encounters with him.

There is a spoiler warning in effect now from this point forward.

Apparently, there was a video of the final fight with Ultron Sigma that went up online a little while back. The video has since been taken down, but not before some sites managed to capture some screenshots of the chaos.

From what has been shown so far, Ultron Sigma looked quite similar in form to many of the other characters in "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite," but things will apparently change once players make it to the end.

It looks like Ultron Sigma will transform ahead of the final fight, turning into a monstrous figure. Sigma's head has become gigantic, while Ultron has fused with it and is now jutting out from the top. The transformed Ultron Sigma also comes complete with some gigantic arms and claws.

Apart from the final form of Ultron Sigma, another noteworthy element of this fight is that it will reportedly not be timed. Players are going to have to figure out a way to actually topple this monster. It also seems like the fully realized Ultron Sigma will still be capable of using Infinity Stones in combat, so players will have to be mindful of that throughout this encounter.

With "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" due out on Sept. 19, it may not be long before fighting game fans get their shot at bringing down this monstrous version of Ultron Sigma.
