Matthew Fox, Dominic Monaghan Claims: 'He Beats Women' Often (VIDEO)
Fellow "Lost" actor Dominic Monaghan has insisted that Michael Fox beats women, despite a recent lawsuit being dropped against him by a woman who claimed Fox had hit and kicked her after she denied him entrance on a bus.
Heather Bormann, 29, a charter bus driver, initially filed suit stating that Fox had hit and kicked her after she denied him access on the bus. Fox responded by filing a defamation suit; both suits were dropped last week.
Ian Friedman, one of Fox's lawyers, insisted that Bormann, who was the first to drop suit, had proved the actor's innocence.

"Today's dismissal validates our contention from day one that the original accusations were entirely baseless," Friedman said according to Cleveland.com. "We are all glad that the truth has surfaced, and Ms. Bormann's dismissal of all claims brings this case to an end."
Fox's fellow actor however, Dominic Monaghan, recently brought up the issue again through his Twitter account when asked to persuade Fox to tweet more often.
"He beats women. No thanks," Monaghan responded to the fan on Twitter.
Fox was taken off guard by the remark according to his reps, who reported that the actor was unaware that there was any tension between the two.
Monaghan went further with the accusation after the same fan suggested that he should only remember the "good times" between the two.
"I KNOW IT WAS WRONG BUT WHAT?! WHAT ABOUT ALL THOSE GOOD TIMES YOU HAD TOGETHER?!" the fan wrote.
A now seemingly furious, Monaghan not only accused Fox of beating one woman, but stated that it was a more frequent occurrence.
"How do you know we ever did? You don't know either of us. He beats women. Not isolated incidents. Often. Not interested," the actor responded.
After attacking Fox with charges, the actor went on to make charges about the tweeting fan suggesting that she had issues.
"An accusation is when you 'claim' someone did something wrong.i know.but hey little fan girl maybe want to get slapped around by him? Daddy issues? Blinded by the nice haircut? It's never okay. Maybe you have lower standards," Monaghan wrote.
The fan was later forced to clarify that she did not approve of beating women, after receiving a number of hateful messages.
