Mega Millions announced that the June 14 draw has a $293 million top prize or an equivalent of $198 million cash. On June 10, the winning numbers drawn were 34, 61, 66, 67, and 68 and the Mega Ball 7 but no bettor got the same combination.
Three Minor Wins
Even though there were no jackpot winners for the $280-million prize last Friday, Mega Millions said three winners got the five-number combination worth $1 million each. These were sold in Minnesota, Texas and Nort Carolina. The ticketholder in Texas even included the Megaplier add-on which raised the winnings to $5 million.
The lottery game has given out almost $8 million in prizes since the beginning of the year with winners coming from various states in the cou try like Wyoming, Colorado, Florida, Connecticut, Ohio and North Dakota.
However, the jackpot prize has been elusive since early March when it was last won by a bettor from Washington who took home $157 million. The winning individual opted to get the cash value equivalent to $102.8 million.
