Megan Fox News: Actress Has No Plan of Withdrawing Divorce Case Despite Being Pregnant with Would-Be Ex-Husband's Child

Megan Fox is pregnant with her third child, still, courtesy of her estranged husband, Brian Austin Green. Despite her pregnancy, though, TMZ reported that the actress doesn't have any plan of dropping the divorce case that she filed in August last year.

According to the sources close to the couple as reported by the said gossip website, Fox's pregnancy is an unplanned one as this happened after she filed for divorce last year. TMZ reported earlier that the two became closer after the divorce case was filed, which stands on the ground of irreconcilable differences.

As the couple didn't have a pre-nuptial agreement, all of their assets, including their earnings for the six years of living together as an unmarried couple and five years as married one, will be divided 50-50 once the ruling on the case is out.

According to sources then, there is a big possibility for Fox to end up giving Green a spousal support, given the disparity in their income and his medical issues.

However, in the latest report of TMZ, it pointed out that Fox's earnings since the date of their listed separation, June 15 last year, is already hers, including the money she earned from the upcoming "Ninja Turtles," which hits the theaters on June 3 this year. On the other hand, Green will have one more mandatory child support once the baby Fox is currently pregnant with is born.

Fox and Green first met at the set of "Hope and Faith" in 2004 when the latter guested on the show, playing the love interest of the mother of Fox's character. That time, Fox was only 18 and Green was already 30.

"Everyone was around the monitor watching a scene, and Brian accidentally touched my leg. I remember literal electricity shooting through me and out me from every direction. It was like magic," she said in an interview back then.

Apparently, the separation is an amicable one as the two don't only continue living in the same house but also have the convenience to sleep with each other if they want, as proven by Fox's latest pregnancy.
