Meghan Markle to Meet Queen Elizabeth with Prince Harry?

It looks like Prince Harry is not wasting any time and wants the entire Royal Family to give their nod of approval for his current relationship with Canadian actress Meghan Markle.

Recent reports claim that Prince Harry planned to introduce his girlfriend to Queen Elizabeth II, and what better time to do it than Mother's Day which was celebrated in the United Kingdom last Sunday, March 26.

A source earlier told the U.K. paper Mirror that Prince Harry wants to formally introduce Markle to the Queen before Pippa Middleton's wedding that is happening in May. The sources were quoted as saying: "Meghan is headed to meet the Queen on Mother's Day. She's already been given the green light from Prince Charles, the next step is the Prince's grandmother."

The same report mentioned the rumors that Prince Harry is already planning to ask Markle's hand for marriage after Pippa's wedding. Another U.K. news outlet, Metro, claims that Prince Harry is actually having his mother's, Princess Diana, emerald tiara fixed which the younger prince plans to use as a ring once he proposes to Markle.

"Diana's jewellery collection was left in trust for the boys, and Meghan apparently loves emeralds. For Harry, like Wills before him, using his mother's gems means the two loves of his life will forever be linked," a source reportedly told Metro.

Apart from Prince Charles, it was reported back in January that Markle met Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, for the second time at the latter's birthday which they celebrated at the Kensington Palace.

The first time the Duchess of Cambridge and Markle reportedly met was back in November 2016. On the same month, the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, clarified that he supports his younger brother's plea to the public and to the press to pay Markle the respect she deserves. It means Prince William approves of the relationship as well.

It can be recalled that back in the early stages of their relationship, Prince Harry had enough of the hard time and media trolls that Markle had to bear just because she was dating someone from the Royal Family. In a firm and surprising move, Prince Harry published an official Kensington Palace statement in November 2016 calling out the tabloids and media trolls for subjecting Markle "to a wave of abuse and harassment."
