Melissa Gorga of Real Housewives of New Jersey Insists She Is Not Shading Teresa Giudice On Twitter

Melissa Gorga is defending herself after some fans thought she was subliminally being negative toward her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice.

Gorga, the 34-year-old singer from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey, previously feuded with her sister-in-law on the series since joining the show in its third season.
While the pair seem to have patched things up publicly, Gorga's recent tweet to "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes caused some fans of the franchise to think differently.

"Wow! Congrats @Bravotv & #RHOA over 4.5 million viewers," Gorga tweeted to Leakes. "You gotta give it to @NeNeLeakes still in there & never throwing products at us."

When some of Gorga's Twitter followers caught wind of the comments, they were not happy.

"@melissagorga @Bravotv @NeNeLeakes Hope this isn't shade being thrown @Teresa_Giudice way," one fan tweeted Gorga. "@Andy would agree that RH are allowed to promote!"

Giudice has publicly sold her products Fabellini wine, The Milania Hair Care Collection and various cookbooks after her popularity rose from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." While some thought Gorga was insinuating that there was something wrong with Giudice branding herself in this way, the former insisted that was not her intent in sending a message to Leakes.

"Not shade at anyone. Just a congrats to them," Gorga told her fans. "One has nothing to do with the other."

When one fan expressed relief with the fact that Gorga was not continuing her fued with Giudice, the former tweeted, "..no worries:-) we love each other and are very happy:-). Thank you."

After the show's fifth season was filled with physical and verbal altercations with their husbands getting involved in their feud, Gorga is admitting that she had a part to play in all of the drama after putting the blame on Giudice in front of television cameras.

"Truth be told! The M & T saga is too much," Gorga tweeted late last year. "We were both wrong at times & we are moving on with forgiveness. We are family. Xo (SIC)"
