For Memphis, they are currently fifth in the league and are almost assured a spot in the playoffs later on in the campaign.
However, they are sliding in terms of performance and it has allowed the Portland Trail Blazers to close the gap on them and they are only 2.0 games behind the Grizzlies for the fifth spot in the league.
Memphis have had their struggles with injuries that has resulted in them losing more games than most thought, but they are still a relatively solid squad that can get wins when needed.
