Miami Heat Player Roger Mason Robbed by Gang of Bandits at Gunpoint
The Miami Heat's Roger Mason Jr. and his sister were the victims of an armed robbery in Miami on Sunday night.
Mason, 33, had his Rolex stolen by four men who robbed customers at the Ni.Do.Caffe on Biscayne Blvd.
Mason was eating at the mozzarella bar along with his sister when the four men entered the eatery and robbed several patrons. Mason's sister had her purse stolen during the robbery by the gun-toting thieves.

Miami Police spokeswoman Frederica Burden said shots were fired but that no one was hit before the men fled the scene.
Police said the two men, 32-year-old Rashaud Stroud and 30-year-old Steven Dawson, were apprehended shortly after and were charged with armed robbery with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm while committing a felony, according to NBC.
Dawson also been charged with possession of stolen property, and Stroud apparently "admitted to the robbery after his arrest," according to the arrest report.
Police are still searching for the two other suspects involved, according to Local 10 News.
Both Mason's Rolex and his sister's purse were later recovered as Miami police tracked Monday down the rented Cadillac Escalade used by the robbers. Two men were arrested.
"Everything is recovered," Burden told WSVN. "It is very rare and we think the public actually gave us information, the people that actually witnessed the robbery and the way our detectives responded to it, it turned out perfect."
Mason, a 10-year NBA veteran who has also played with the Bulls, Raptors, Wizards, Kings and Hornets after a collegiate career at the University of Virginia, did not address the media Tuesday during pregame warm-ups. The Heat faced the Pistons Tuesday night at American Airlines Arena.
