Michael Jackson Mom Testy on the Witness Stand; Snaps at AEG Attorney (VIDEO)

Michael Jackson's mom proved testy and emotional as she took to the witness stand recently, talking about her son's death.

Katherine Jackson was clear that she fully believed her son bore no responsibility for his death in 2009, which came after he was injected by his doctor with a lethal overdose of drugs.

Katherine pointed the finger at Michael's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, as being partly. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter previously for giving Jackson a powerful anesthetic. However, the singer's mom reserved her strongest scorn for concert promoters AEG Live, whom she accuses of callously watching her son "waste away" in the days and weeks leading up to his death as he tried to prepare for a run of 50 concert dates in London.

Katherine said on the stand: "They could have called me. He was asking for his father. My grandson told me that (Michael) was scared; he was asking for Joseph (Michael's father)."

She added, "(AEG executives) watched him waste away, from what I can hear."

Katherine's comments come as evidence as she looks to sue AEG and hopes a court will hold the concert promoters financially liable for her son's death.

However, one of the most dramatic moments for Katherine on the stand came when an attorney for AEG questioned her about her solitary conversation with her son about drugs.

Immediately she was asked about it, the mom shot back, "I'm not answering that question."

She then accused the lawyer of intentionally trying to catch her out.

"You're just getting me confused so you'll have something to come back on," she barked at the lawyer.

Katherine Jackson's lawyers are demanding that AEG pay up more than $1 billion for their part in Michael Jackson's death.
