Miguel Kicks Fan After Being Told Not To Jump by Billboard Producers

In the wake of the scandal involving singer Miguel Jontel Pimentel and the woman who was kicked in the face during the Billboards Music Awards, a new report is detailing the producers of the event told the singer not to jump over the crowd.

The Grammy-award winning singer was preforming his hit single "Adorn" at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena back on May 19. During his set, the singer attempted to jump over the heads of unsuspecting fans who were just off the front of the stage. As he proceeded to jump over the crowd and onto another section of the stage, he kicked fan Khyati Shah in the face.

Recent reports now indicate that Shah is undergoing medical tests to determine if she is suffering from any kind of brain injury.

Shah recently underwent neurological testing after experiencing "difficulties" stemming from the incident. Shah's attorney, Vip Bhola, confirmed that his client is awaiting test results before deciding whether or not to pursue legal action against Miguel.

"Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury," Bhola told TMZ.com.

"We will determine [legal action] after we have feedback from medical providers," Bhola told E! News.

Bhola also allegedly confirmed that while he had not yet spoken with Miguel's legal representatives, he and his client are open to the possibility of a settlement, Mail Online U.K reported.

"I don't think [a lawsuit is] on his mind. I think right now he's just hoping the girl will be fine and not have any serious damage to her head," a source told HollywoodLife.com.

"I know if he had to go back in time he wouldn't have tried to pull that off. But it's in the past now, nothing he can do," the source added.
