Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher Buy New Home Ahead of Marriage, Baby

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are buying a new home in preparation for both marriage and parenthood, according to reports this week.

The engaged couple are expecting their first child in the coming months and have been spotted making several preparations for the baby recently, including taking a babymoon in Louisiana last month. However, the "That '70's Show" co-stars have now made an even bigger step in arranging things for their new child after trading in Kutcher's bachelor pad for a more child-friendly mansion this week.

Kutcher, 36, listed his Lake Hollywood Estates home for $12 million this week, according to TMZ. The actor bought the modern home in 2012 for $8.455 million, just as Justin Bieber was eyeing the property. However, Kutcher is said to be selling the home since it is not a good place to raise a child, the celebrity gossip site reported. Furthermore, the 9,385 square-foot property with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms has also been the scene of many "swatting" pranks where prank calls are made to emergency services.

Today, Kutcher and 30-year-old Kunis have different needs and interests at home. Consequently, the couple quietly purchased a $10.215 million home in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ. The 7,351 square-foot home includes three bedrooms and four baths and is much more family-friendly.

Meanwhile, Kutcher and Kunis are frequently spotted out and about together as they await the arrival of their first child. On Sunday, May 11, the pair donned matching blue outfits while attending a Dodgers game in Los Angeles.

Kunis publicly acknowledged her pregnancy for the first time while speaking to Ellen DeGeneres last week. There, the actress revealed pregnancy cravings that include sauerkraut and pickles, while also revealing that she plans to have a natural birthing process. Watch the video here.
