Miley Cyrus debuted her new blonde bombshell look on Twitter to the surprise of her fans who thought she looked "gorgeous" and "perfect." Her hair stylist also posted photos of her new blonde locks on his Instagram.

Cyrus, who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth, tweeted a photo of her new blonde hair with the sarcastic caption: "Now that I'm blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo."
