Miley Cyrus Denies Date With Ex-Boyfriend Nick Jonas
Miley Cyrus recently lashed out at the media after it was alleged that the engaged singer was spotted on a date with her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.
HollywoodLife.com claimed that Cyrus and Jonas, both 20, were seen enjoying lunch together at Paty's in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Cyrus, who is engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, previously dated Jonas for two years.
"I literally haven't seen Nick Jonas in years. Don't believe everything you read folks," Cyrus tweeted in response to the rumors.

"Why are magazines allowed to publish straight bull s---. Look at my profile pic. Look at my finger. Idiots. I couldn't have 'ran' into anyone because I haven't went to eat out in public in weeks because of the amount of paparazzi outside my house. #shorthairrapunzel," another angry tweet read.
Within hours, both tweets were deleted, with Cyrus revealing that she is not concerned with her personal life. The singer has received intense media scrutiny in recent weeks due to her seemingly unstable relationship with Hemsworth, 23.
"FOCUSED ON MUSIC & MUSIC ALONE," she tweeted.
While Cyrus insists that she was not with Jonas, fans remain skeptical, particularly after a source described their alleged outing. In addition to unnamed sources, a fan tweeted about also seeing the exes together.
"Miley cyrus was at paty's with nick Jonas like 10 mins ago. So cool," the tweet read.
One source described Cyrus' alleged lunch date with Jonas as being completely platonic.
"[There was] absolutely no romantic vibe at all, at any time while they ate and while they were there," a source told HL.
"It seemed more like a meeting than a friendly chit chat or get together- it was a more serious tone, based on their demeanor. They seemed to be having a business meeting- they were on their phones and then they left without incident," the source added.
In February, it was claimed that Cyrus had called off her wedding to Hemsworth over reports claiming the "Hunger Games" star had been caught with actress January Jones. While both Hemsworth and Jones are yet to publicly address the claims, Cyrus is said to be intent on moving forward with her wedding.
